How It All Began
Felonu Bakery was founded by a group of passionate bakers who shared a common vision: to create a bakery that honors traditional craftsmanship while embracing modern innovation. After training in renowned European bakeries, our founders returned to Adelaide with a mission to share their knowledge and love for authentic baking.
We started small, baking just 50 loaves a day in our Kilkenny location. Word spread quickly about our sourdough bread and butter croissants, and soon we were serving cafes, restaurants, and a growing community of bread lovers across Adelaide.
Today, we're proud to be a cornerstone of Adelaide's food scene, known for our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the art of traditional baking.
